1. One Person Business – Proprietorships
– Registered Companies Self-Employed/Small Business
2. Small Employers: 2 – 24 employees
3. Medium Sized Companies: 25 – 399 employees
4. Corporate or Large Companies: 400 or more employees
5. Associations: Multi-Employer Groups

Our role is to assist clients in determining the best Health Services Plan suited to their needs and the needs of their employees. After you have prepared your “Must Have” and “Wish” lists of benefits, HRS has the ability to then virtually create your innovative plan from “scratch”. Or, if you are happy with your current plan, we cam simply “mirror” the plan design and build your program to be ASO.

shutterstock_276282683Health Risk Services will educate your employees to help them understand their programs, how to use their programs efficiently and how they can be responsible and accountable for the programs.

Health Risk Services adjudicates and verifies all claims submitted through Employer programs for plan eligibility and to ensure compliance to Canada Revenue Agency guidelines. All Health and Dental claim reimbursements are processed and returned to claimant within 2 working days. We provide all necessary claims statements for employees and reporting statements for Employers necessary for accounting and tax purposes.

Health Risk Services reviews and manages each client program on a continual monthly basis to ensure that the program is functioning as desired. Annual reviews with each client allow us to determine the past, present and future success of the plan and whether we need to “renovate” the program in any manner.
