HRS Inc. has now included a feature within our web site for convenient access to printable forms for health insurance requests, claims, new client information and change of information for existing clients. The forms have been added to allow users of the system to expedite their requests by completing forms and sending them electronically or via fax to HRS Inc. These forms can be accessed and numerous points throughout the site and will also be included in our newly developed “Client Access” area.
